- I originally started as a C programmer (long time ago), but branched out wide since then. I was employee#25 at MySQL AB (until June 2007), doing Documentation, Community Relations, Training and Support Engineering.
I am now the founding director of Open Query, delivering MySQL Training and DBA/Support services.
I'm also active in various Australian OSS-related organisations and initiatives, regularly speak at conferences and other events. I run the Brisbane MySQL User Group which has monthly meetings, and I hack around in C and PHP.
